This form is designed for those classmates who have not submitted information previously. For those who have submitted their information before, please go the front page of the site to the "To Personal Profiles" button. Using your User ID and password established previously go into the Profile portion of the site. As explained in the instructions at that point, re-entering your ID and password will enable you to edit your old information.

For those entering information for the first time:
To protect the privacy of those who have submitted info, we will require a password to be used to view information after this point. Once your information is submitted by email, you will be contacted back my
e-mail indicating that your information has been added to the site and your password can be used.

 

Rules regarding passwords are:

1-Can start with a letter or number--all letters must be in a lowercase format.
2-Passwords can be any combination of of letters,digits or underscore.
3-For simplicity sake, please limit the number of characters to 10 or less.

User ID's

A User ID, along with the newly created
password will also be submitted when
entering the Personal Profiles portion of
the site. This User ID is your last (if male) or
maiden name (if female) in lower case letters.
